  • Still White Wine: minimum 85% Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Bianco or Pinot Grigio or Chardonnay or Manzoni Bianco or Moscato Bianco and/or Moscato Giallo or Garganega  or Riesling and/or Riesling Italico + maximum 15% other white non-aromatic grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region for monovarietal label. Minimum 50% Garganega + maximum 50% other white non-aromatic grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region.
  • Still Red Wine: minimum 85% Merlot or Cabernet Sauvignon or Pinot Nero or Raboso or Cabernet (Cabernet Franc and/or Cabernet Sauvignon and/or Carmènere) + maximum 15% other red non-aromatic grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region for monovarietal label. Minimum ageing – 24 months for Riserva. Minimum 50% Merlot + maximum 50% other red non-aromatic grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region. 
  • Still Rosato Wine: minimum 50% Merlot + maximum 50% other red non-aromatic grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region. 
  • Passito: minimum 50% Garganega + maximum 50% other white non-aromatic grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region.
