  • Valle d’Aosta DOC is located in the Aosta Valley in the northwest of Italy, nestled in the Alps near the borders with France and Switzerland. It is Italy’s smallest and least populous region.
  • The vineyards are among the highest in Europe, ranging from 300 to 1,200 meters (980 to 3,940 feet) above sea level. The high altitude contributes to the unique character of the wines.
