Minimum 75% Chardonnay + maximum 25% of other white grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region. Minimum 70% Negro Amaro + maximum 30% of other white grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region for Rosato.
  • Still White Wine: minimum 90% Chardonnay or Malvasia Bianca or Malvasia Bianca di Candia or Fiano or Verdeca + maximum 10% of other white grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region for the monovarietal label. Minimum 75% Chardonnay + maximum 25% of other white grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region.
  • Still Red Wine: minimum 90% Aleatico + maximum 10% of other white grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region for the monovarietal label. Minimum 75% Negro Amaro and/or Primitivo and/or Malvasia Nera di Lecce and/or Malvasia Nera di Brindisi and/or Malvasia Nera di Basilicata + maximum 25% of other red grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region. Minimum ageing – 24 months for Riserva. 
  • Still Rosato Wine: minimum 70% Negro Amaro + maximum 30% of other white grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region for Rosato.
