Minimum 80% Inzolia and/or Catarratto + maximum 20% other white non-aromatic grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region for “Rayana”.
  • Still Red Wine: minimum 70% Merlot and/or Cabernet Sauvignon and/or Calabrese and/or Sangiovese + maximum 30% other red non-aromatic grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region. Minimum ageing 24 months of which 12 months in oak for Riserva. Minimum 85% Merlot or Cabernet Sauvignon or Calabrese or Sangiovese + maximum 15% other red non-aromatic grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region for monovarietal label.
