  • Still Red Wine: minimum 50% Sangiovese + other grape varieties allowed for cultivating in the area. Minimum ageing period – 24 months for Riserva.
  • Rosato:  minimum 40% Aglianico + minimum 40% Piedirosso
  • Air dried: minimum 85% of grape varieties allowed for cultivating in the area.
