  • 40%-60% Bombino Bianco + 40%-60% Trebbiano Toscano + maximum 15% of other white non-aromatic grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region. Still White Wine: minimum 85% Bombino Bianco or Malvasia Bianca di Candia or Trebbiano Toscano or Falanghina + maximum 15% of other white non-aromatic grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region for the monovarietal label. 40%-60% Bombino Bianco + 40%-60% Trebbiano Toscano + maximum 15% of other white non-aromatic grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region. 
  • Still Red Wine: minimum 85% Merlot or Uva di Troia or Sangiovese + maximum 15% of other non-aromatic grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region for the monovarietal label. Minimum 70% Montepulciano + maximum 30% Sangiovese + maximum 15% Uva di Troia and/or Merlot and/or other red non-aromatic grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region.
  • Still Rosato Wine: minimum 85% Merlot + maximum 15% of other non-aromatic grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region for the monovarietal label.
