Minimum 85% Inzolia or Grillo or Chardonnay or Catarratto + maximum 15% other white non-aromatic grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region for monovarietal label.

Minimum 50% Calabrese + minimum 20% Merlot + maximum 30% other red non-aromatic grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region. Minimum ageing 24 months of which 6 months in oak for Riserva.
