  • Still Rosato Wine: minimum 90% Primitivo + maximum 10% other red non-aromatic grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region for monovarietal label. Minimum 60% Cabernet Sauvignon + minimum 20% Primitivo + maximum 10% other red non-aromatic grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region for “Moro” with minimum ageing 36 months of which – 24 months in oak for Riserva.
