  • Still White Wine: minimum 50% Greco Bianco + maximum 50% other white grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region. Minimum 85% Greco Bianco or Mantonico Bianco + maximum 15% other white non-aromatic grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region for monovarietal label.
  • Still Red Wine: 35%-45% Gaglioppo and/or Magliocco + 25%-45% Greco Nero and/or Marsigliana Nera + maximum 40% other red grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region. Minimum 85% Gaglioppo or Greco Nero + maximum 15% other red grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region. Minimum ageing – 18 months of which – 12 months in oak and 6 months in bottle.
  • Passito: minimum 50% Greco Bianco + minimum 35% Mantonico Bianco + maximum 15% other white grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region.
