  • Still Red Wine: maximum 45% Merlot + maximum 40% Rondinella + maximum 20% Cabernet Franc and/or Cabernet Sauvignon + maximum 15% Sangiovese and/or Molinara and/or Negrara Trentina. Minimum 85% Merlot or Cabernet Franc and/or Cabernet Sauvignon + maximum 15% other red grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region for monovarietal label. 
  • Still Rosato Wine: maximum 45% Merlot + maximum 40% Rondinella + maximum 20% Cabernet Franc and/or Cabernet Sauvignon + maximum 15% Sangiovese and/or Molinara and/or Negrara Trentina.
