Minimum 85% Chardonnay or Tocai Friulano or Malvasia Istriana or Pinot Bianco or Pinot Grigio or Riesling or Sauvignon Blanc or Traminer Aromatico or Verduzzo Friulano + maximum 15% other white non-aromatic grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region for monovarietal label. Riesling Italiaco and Riesling Renano for “Riesling”.
  • Still Red Wine: Cabernet Franc and/or Cabernet Sauvignon and/or Carmenere and/or Merlot and/or Pinot Nero and/or Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso. Minimum 85% Cabernet Franc or Cabernet Sauvignon or Merlot or Pinot Nero or Refosco del Peduncolo Rosso. Cabernet Franc and/or Cabernet Sauvignon and/or Carmènere for “Cabernet”.
