  • Fara DOC is a small, lesser-known wine appellation located in the Novara Hills of northern Piedmont, Italy.
  • Unlike the more powerful and tannic expressions of Nebbiolo from Barolo or Barbaresco, the wines of Fara are generally softer and more approachable when young, though they still have the potential to age well.
