  • Sparkling: minimum 95% Zibibbo + maximum 5% other white grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region. Minimum 70% Chardonnay + maximum 30% other white grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region. 
  • Still White Wine: minimum 60% Catarratto Bianco + maximum 40% other white grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region. Minimum 85% Chardonnay or Müller-Thurgau or Sauvignon Blanc or Inzolia or Grecanico Dorato or Grillo or Catarratto Bianco or Zibibbo + maximum 15% other white non-aromatic grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region for monovarietal label. Minimum 95% Zibibbo + maximum 5% other white grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region for “Moscato”. 
  • Still Red Wine: minimum 60% Calabrese + maximum 40% other red grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region. Minimum ageing – 24 months for Riserva. Minimum 85% Calabrese or Frappato or Cabernet Sauvignon or Perricone or Syrah or Merlot + maximum 15% other red grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region. 
  • Vendemmia tardiva: minimum 95% Zibibbo or Sauvignon Blanc + maximum 5% other white grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region. 
  • Passito: minimum 95% Zibibbo + maximum 5% other white grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region. 
  • Total Production: 2.121 Hectolitres
