Minimum 65% Nero d’Avola and/or Pignatello and/or Merlot and/or Cabernet Sauvignon and/or Syrah and/or Sangiovese + maximum 35% other red grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region. Minimum ageing for riserva – 24 months.
