  • Still Red Wine: 60%-70% Merlot + maximum 10% Raboso Piave and/or Raboso Veronese + maximum 30% other red non-aromatic grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region. Minimum 85% Merlot or Cabernet (Cabernet Sauvignon and/or Cabernet Franc and/or Carmènere) or Cabernet Sauvignon or Raboso (Raboso Piave and/or Raboso Veronese) or Refosco del Peduncolo Rosso + maximum 15% other red non-aromatic grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region for monovarietal label.
  • Passito: minimum 70% Moscato Giallo + maximum 30% other white grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region.
