This wine presents a lemony character and exhibits a distinctive mineral profile, complemented by delicate notes of white flowers and herbs, which can vary in intensity depending on grape ripeness and yields.

To counterbalance its high acidity, it is often crafted to be powerful and concentrated, with some producers opting for oak aging to temper the acidity, resulting in a predominantly dry style.

Given its high acidity, this grape variety also lends itself well to the production of sparkling wines.
