  • Still Red Wine: minimum 50% Sangiovese + maximum 50% other red non-aromatic grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region. Minimum 85% Sangiovese + maximum 15% other red non-aromatic grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region for monovarietal label. 
  • Vin Santo: minimum 50% Trebbiano Toscano + maximum 50% other red non-aromatic grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region (maximum 10% Malvasia Bianca di Candia and/or Malvasia Bianca Lunga).
