Minimum 85% Trebbiano Romagnolo + maximum 15% of other white non-aromatic grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region for the monovarietal label. 50%-60% Chardonnay + 40%-50% Bombino Bianco and/or Sauvignon Blanc and/or Trebbiano Romagnolo and/or Pinot Bianco. 
  • Still Red Wine: 100% Sangiovese for the monovarietal label. Minimum 85% Cabernet Sauvignon + 15% of other non-aromatic grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region. 50%-60% Cabernet Sauvignon + 40%-50% Sangiovese and/or Barbera and/or Merlot and/or Montepulciano.
