  • Colli Bolognesi Pignoletto DOCG is produced in various styles, including still, sparkling (Spumante), and semi-sparkling (Frizzante). Each style offers a different expression of the Pignoletto grape’s characteristics.
  • The climate in the Colli Bolognesi region is influenced by its proximity to the Apennine Mountains and the Adriatic Sea. This results in a mix of continental and maritime influences, with warm summers and cool evenings, which help preserve the grapes’ acidity and aromatic qualities.
