- Canavese DOC is a diverse and historic wine appellation located in the northern part of Piedmont, Italy, not far from the city of Turin.
- Nebbiolo, the same grape that gives us the famous Barolo and Barbaresco wines, is an important variety in Canavese. However, here it tends to produce lighter and more approachable wines compared to its more famous counterparts from the Langhe region.
