  • Still Red Wine: minimum 50% Sangiovese + maximum 50% other red grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region. Minimum 85% Ciliegiolo or Sangiovese or Merlot + maximum 15% other red grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region. Minimum ageing 24 months of which – 6 months in oak.  
  • Still Rosato Wine: minimum 50% Sangiovese + maximum 50% other red grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region.
  • Vin Santo: minimum 50% Trebbiano Toscano + maximum 50% other white grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region.
  • Vin Santo Occhio di Pernice: minimum 50% Sangiovese + maximum 50% other red grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region.
