However, a prevalent challenge in identifying Trebbiano Romagnolo lies in its often mistaken identity with Trebbiano Toscano. Despite efforts, many vines presumed to be Trebbiano Romagnolo are, in fact, Trebbiano Toscano, adding a layer of complexity to the preservation of this historic grape variety.
