  • Vendemmia Tardiva: minimum 60% Grechetto and/or Sauvignon Blanc + maximum 40% other white non-aromatic grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region.
  • Passito: minimum 60% Grechetto and/or Sauvignon Blanc + maximum 40% other white non-aromatic grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region.
