  • Still Red Wine: minimum 85% Merlot or Cabernet (Cabernet Franc and/or Cabernet Sauvignon and/or Carmènere) or Cabernet Sauvignon or Cabernet Franc or Carmènere or Turchetta or Refosco del Peduncolo Rosso or Corbina or Covrara + maximum 15% other red grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region for monovarietal label. 15%-60% Merlot + minimum 25% Cabernet Franc and/or Cabernet Sauvignon and/or Carmènere + maximum 15% Raboso Piave and/or Raboso Veronese. Minimum 90% Raboso Piave + maximum 10% other red grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region for “Vin da Viajo”.
  • Still Rosato Wine: minimum 50% Raboso Piave and/or Raboso Veronese + maximum 40% Merlot + maximum 10% other red grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region.
