Minimum 95% Sauvignon Blanc or Chardonnay or Pinot Bianco + maximum 5% other white non-aromatic grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region for monovarietal label. 0%-100% Pinot Nero and/or Chardonnay and/or Pinot Bianco.  
  • Still White Wine: 85%-100% Malvasia di Candia Aromatica + maximum 15% other white non-aromatic grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region. Minimum 95% Sauvignon Blanc or Chardonnay or Pinot Bianco or Pinot Grigio + maximum 5% other white non-aromatic grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region for monovarietal label. 
  • Still Red Wine: 60%-75% Barbera + 25%-40% Bonarda and/or Croatina + maximum 15% other red non-aromatic grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region. 85%-100% Pinot Nero or Merlot or Cabernet Franc or Cabernet Sauvignon or Barbera or Bonarda + maximum 15% other red non-aromatic grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region.

  • Colli di Parma DOC is located in the Emilia-Romagna region of northern Italy, specifically in the hilly areas surrounding the city of Parma. The vineyards are situated on the gentle slopes of the Apennine foothills.
