  • Still White Wine: minimum 80% Chardonnay and/or Pinot Bianco + maximum 20% Sauvignon Blanc and/or Müller-Thurgau and/or Manzoni Bianco. Minimum 85% Chardonnay or Moscato Giallo or Müller Thurgau or Nosiola or Pinot Bianco or Pinot Grigio or Riesling Italico or Riesling Renano or Sauvignon Blanc or Gewürztraminer + maximum 15% other white non-aromatic grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region monovarietal label. 2 of the following varieties – Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco, Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc of which minor – minimum 25% to include the varieties in the label. 
  • Still Red Wine: Cabernet Franc and/or Cabernet Sauvignon and/or Carmènere and Merlot. Minimum 85% Moscato Rosa or Cabernet Franc or Cabernet Sauvignon or Lagrein or Marzemino or Merlot or Pinot Nero or Rebo + maximum 15% other red non-aromatic grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region monovarietal label. 2 of the following varieties – Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Lagrein of which minor – minimum 25% to include the varieties in the label. 
  • Still Rosato Wine: Enantio and/or Schiava and/or Teroldego and/or Lagrein (at least 2 of the varieties but none more than 70%). Cabernet Franc and/or Cabernet Sauvignon and/or Carmènere for Cabernet.
  • Vin Santo: minimum 85% Nosiola + maximum 15% other grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region.
  • Total Production: 647.845 Hectolitres

  • Trentino DOC is located in the Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol region of northern Italy, encompassing the Trentino province. 
  • The region’s vineyards are situated at varying altitudes, from the valley floors to hillside terraces, ranging from 200 to 800 meters above sea level. The diverse terroir, including different soil types and microclimates, contributes to the unique characteristics of Trentino wines.
