  • Still Red Wine: minimum 85% Merlot or Cabernet Sauvignon or Cabernet Sauvignon and/or Cabernet Franc and/or Carmènere or Cabernet Franc or Carmènere + maximum 15% of other red non-aromatic grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region for the monovarietal label. 40%-70% Cabernet Sauvignon + 30%-60% Merlot and/or Cabernet Franc and/or Carmènere + maximum 15% other red non-aromatic grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region. 50%-70% Cabernet Sauvignon + 30%-50% Cabernet Franc and/or Carmènere and/or Merlot + maximum 15% other red non-aromatic grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region for Venegazzù, of which Superiore is aged minimum 24 months – 12 months in oak and 6 months in bottle.

  • Montello e Colli Asolani DOC is situated in the province of Treviso, encompassing the hilly areas of Montello and Colli Asolani.
  • The terroir is characterized by hilly terrain with elevations ranging from 100 to 400 meters above sea level. The soils are primarily composed of marl, clay, and limestone, providing excellent drainage and ideal conditions for grape growing. The climate is influenced by the nearby Dolomite Mountains and the Adriatic Sea, ensuring a balance of warm days and cool nights.
