  • Still Rosato Wine: Minimum 40% Sangiovese + maximum 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and/or Merlot + maximum 20% of other grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region.
  • Still Red Wine: minimum 85% Cabernet Sauvignon or Ciliegiolo or Merlot or Sangiovese + maximum 15% of other grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region for the monovarietal label. 
  • Passito: 100% Aleatico for the monovarietal label. Minimum 85% Ansonica + maximum 15% f other grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region.

  • Val di Cornia DOC is situated in the coastal part of southern Tuscany, encompassing parts of the provinces of Livorno and Pisa. The vineyards are located near the towns of Suvereto, Campiglia Marittima, Piombino, San Vincenzo, and Sassetta.
