  • Still White Wine: 100% Moscato Bianco or 95% – 100% Cortese or Timorasso + 5% other non-aromatic grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region for monovarietal label. Minimum 85% Favorita + maximum 15% of other non-aromatic grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region for monovarietal label. Maximum 15% Cortese and/or Favorita and/or Muller Thurgau and/or Pinot Bianco and/or Pinot Grigio and/or Riesling Italico and/or Riesling Renano and/or Barbera Bianca and/or Chardonnay and/or Sauvignon and/or Sylvaner verde and/or Timorasso.
  • Still Red Wine: minimum 85% Barbera or Dolcetto or Freisa or Croatina + maximum  15% of other non-aromatic grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region for monovarietal label. Aleatico and/or Barbera and/or Bonarda and/or Dolcetto and/or Freisa and/or Grignolino and/or Pinot Nero and/or Cabernet Franc and/or Cabernet Sauvignon and/or Croatina and/or Lambrusca di Alessandria and/or Merlot and/or Nebbiolo and/or Sangiovese for general “Rosso” label. With minimum 24 months ageing for Riserva.
