  • Frizzante: minimum 85% of Barbera or Bonarda or Dolcetto or Chardonnay or Cortese + maximum 15% of other grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region for the monovarietal label. Minimum 60% Barbera and/or Nebbiolo and/or Dolcetto and/or Freisa and/or Croatina or Cortese and/or Chardonnay and/or Favorita and/or Erbaluce+ maximum 40% of other grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region. For “da due vitigni” – 2 of following grape varieties – Cortese, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Bianco, Pinot Grigio – with the lesser one – minimum 15%. 
  • Spumante: minimum 85% of Chardonnay or Pinot Bianco or Pinot Grigio or Pinot Nero or Cortese or Albarossa or Brachetto or + maximum 15% of Chardonnay and/or Pinot Bianco and/or Pinot Grigio and/or Pinot Nero and other grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region for the monovarietal label. For Chardonnay – Pinot Spumante – Chardonnay and/or Pinot Bianco and/or Pinot Grigio and/or Pinot Nero of which the lesser one – minimum 15%. For Pinot Spumante – Pinot Bianco and Pinot Grigio and Pinot Nero. For Spumante – Chardonnay and/or Pinot Blanc and/or Pinot Grigio and/or Pinot Nero and/or Erbaluce and/or Cortese. For Rosso Spumante – minimum 60% of Barbera and/or Nebbiolo and/or Dolcetto and/or Freisa and/or Croatina + maximum 40% of other grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region. For “da due vitigni” – 2 of following grape varieties – Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Bianco, Pinot Grigio, Erbaluce, Cortese – with the lesser one – minimum 15%. 
  • Still White Wine: minimum 85% of Chardonnay or Cortese or Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc or Riesling + maximum 15% of other grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region for the monovarietal label. Minimum 60% of Cortese and/or Chardonnay and/ or Favorita and/ or Erbaluce + maximum 40% of other grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region. For “da due vitigni” – 2 of following grape varieties – Cortese, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Bianco, Pinot Grigio – with the lesser one – minimum 15%. 
  • Still Red Wine: minimum 85% of Albarossa or Barbera or Bonarda or Brachetto or Dolcetto or Freisa or Grignolino or Merlot or Pinot Nero or Syrah + maximum 15% of other grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region for the monovarietal label. Minimum 60% of Barbera and/or Nebbiolo and/ or Dolcetto and/or Freisa and/ or Croatina + maximum 40% of other grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region. For Bussanello and Cabernet – minimum 85% of Cabernet Sauvignon and/ or Cabernet Franc and/ or Carmenere + maximum 15% of other grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region. 
  • Passito: 100% Moscato Bianco and minimum ageing of 12 months. Minimum 85% of Brachetto or Barbera + maximum 15% of other grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region. Minimum 60% of Cortese and/ or Chardonnay and/ or Favorita and/ or Erbaluce + maximum 40% of other grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the region.
