  • Cortese di Gavi DOCG is produced in the Gavi region, which includes several municipalities in the province of Alessandria in Piedmont. The area is characterized by its hilly terrain and limestone-rich soils, ideal for growing the Cortese grape.
  • Cortese di Gavi wines are typically fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks to preserve their fresh and fruity characteristics. This minimal intervention approach allows the Cortese grape to express its natural flavors and aromas.
